Is your phone eSIM compatible?
Most modern smartphones now support eSIM technology and offer many advantages. However, there are also exceptions, especially with devices from smaller manufacturers or budget models. That is why it is important to check in advance whether your old or new phone supports eSIM technology.
Preparation: You have received your eSIM by email or in the app. In most cases, this will be a QR code or an activation number.
Open Settings: Go to “Settings” > “Connections” > “Mobile Network” or “SIM Card Manager” depending on your device.
Add eSIM: Select “Add eSIM” or “Add Mobile Plan”.
Scan QR code: Scan the QR code provided by your provider or enter the activation number.
Confirm: Follow the instructions on the screen to activate and configure the eSIM.
Restart: Restart your device if necessary to activate the eSIM.
You can now use your eSIM for mobile data and calls!
